Use this motor vehicle check to inspect fleet and site vehicles for roadworthiness and safety. Verify servicing schedules, tyres and spares, lights and hazards, mirrors and windows, body condition, cleanliness, towbar and trailer couplings, toolboxes and keys, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, hose reels and hoses. Confirm wheel chocks, flashing lights and flags, cargo net, secure storage, and correct storage of chemicals with SDS on hand.
