Use this 60-day follow-up checklist to assess the effectiveness of your implementation. Review 5S practices, equipment care, aisle and storage standards, document control, and workstation organization. Capture spaghetti diagrams to measure time, transport, and motion; compare pre, 30-day, and 60-day KPIs such as on-call hours, OT percentage, delivery rates, aging assets, and swap rates.
