Use this daily walkaround checklist to keep dairy processing facilities running safely and efficiently. Record water treatment and pH readings, check CIP, CHP status and alarms, and verify air compressor filters, pressure, and dew point. Inspect NIRO and HV electrical rooms, pasteurization equipment, whey separators and clarifiers, and the Cheddar Master. Confirm oil levels, desludge results, tool condition, and salt dosing, and capture cold store temperatures to maintain product quality.
