Daily Walk Around Checklist for Dairy Production
by aaron morgan, from the Community
This daily walk around checklist supports shift leads in dairy production facilities to verify hygiene, equipment condition, and safety controls each shift. Review changing areas, packing, pH tables, hoses, MCC and chemical rooms, cream tank and vats, RO and whey pasteurizer areas, CIP stations, foot baths, and mix rooms. Confirm doors are closed or locked where required, hoses are coiled, knives and tools accounted for, and soak solutions are fresh. Record non-compliances and raise corrective actions immediately.
