Use this Combi Lift AM form to guide pre shift forklift inspections in a weld shop. The checklist covers visual checks of exterior panels, safety labels, tires, forks, mast, chains, hydraulics, LPG system and fittings, and fluid levels for engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission, coolant and battery water. It also prompts housekeeping and safety gear checks including fire extinguisher, eyewash and seat belts. Functional checks include lights, alarms, gauges, brakes, steering and lift controls. Record deficiencies, add comments, and submit a work order. Lock out the truck and tag out if critical safety items fail.
