Titan EDG Mobile Equipment Pre Trip Checklist

This pre trip inspection template helps operators verify the safety and readiness of forklifts before use. Users select the forklift ID and record current hours, then inspect fluid levels for engine oil, transmission, hydraulics, coolant and brakes, and check for leaks or new damage. The checklist covers wheels and tires, body, forks, lift chains and load backrest, plus lighting including strobe and head lamps. Operational checks include hydraulics, steering, service and parking brakes, horn, backup alarm and gauges or warning lights. Final safety checks confirm mirrors, a secured and charged fire extinguisher and required PPE. Signature capture is included.
