Use this OSHA aligned daily inspection checklist to keep propane gas forklifts safe and compliant before every shift. Record forklift ID and hours, then complete Key Off, Key On, and Engine Running checks. Verify overhead guard, mast assembly, lift chains and rollers, forks, tires, and load backrest. Inspect LPG tank, locator pin, hose, and gauge, and confirm the gas bottle is secure. Check battery, coolant, engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and transmission fluid. Test front, tail, and brake lights, horn, steering, brakes, and safety seat. Review gauges including oil pressure, ammeter, hour meter, and water temperature. Capture photos where required and sign to confirm the inspection. Designed for warehouse and yard operations using propane powered forklifts.
