Forklift Operator Daily Inspection Checklist (LPG)

This LPG forklift daily inspection checklist helps operators complete essential pre-start and operational checks before each shift. Verify the condition of bodywork and guards, check for leaks, assess hydraulic fluid levels, and inspect the mast, carriage, chains, forks, and backrest. Confirm tire condition, wheel rims and nuts, seat mounting, and seat belt function. Perform operational checks on steering, service and parking brakes, all controls, warning lights, gauges, lights/beacon, horn, and alarms.
