PRP Visit Checklist
This PRP visit checklist helps restaurant teams confirm pre rush readiness and food safety controls before service. Review goal sheets and targets, ensure side orders, sauces, makeline bins, and tinned goods are prepped, and verify dough proofing and thin crust availability. Check gluten free tubs, dip baskets, drinks fridges, and box stocks. Confirm allergen leaflets are carried by drivers and that counters and sanitation stations are fully stocked. Brief the team on the game plan, upsell targets, and conduct a full shift handover with adequate till change. Complete HACCP boards and temperature checks, and assess store image, external areas, signage, uniforms, grooming, and staffing levels. Encourage a positive pace, capture findings, assign corrective actions, add photos and notes, and obtain signatures to close out the visit.

Capture product quality photos, verify sides and build accuracy, and enforce sanitation: 20-second handwashing, between-station hygiene, sanitizing workstations during the rush, and floor sweeping. Record MIC feedback to close the loop and drive continuous improvement.
