Use this supervision report to evaluate restaurant operations across exterior and terrace areas, interior and restrooms, readiness for business, dining room, service counters, POS, kitchen equipment, and delivery. Assess staff presentation, partner leadership, training and management practices, customer service at counter and phone, delivery service standards, marketing compliance, and daily reporting. Review product quality, dough and recipe adherence, food safety temperatures, and equipment maintenance. Includes penalty checks and a photo capture requirement to document signage, pylon, and exterior.
