This restaurant store visit checklist is designed for California OC locations to standardize guest experience, food safety, and operations during Q2 2018 Round 3 audits. It covers guest standards, drive thru, and exterior cleanliness; a food safety travel path; pre-shift checks including ServSafe, sanitizer strength, tools, and temperatures; dining room, restroom, and back-of-house maintenance; and quality checks for prep, bread, assembly, grill, fryers, and oil. It also includes station planners, ongoing coaching, planning book reviews, communication boards, and training coordinator requirements. Use it to guide managers and PICs through consistent QSR evaluations and action plans.
