This Stock-In Egg Quality Check template helps kitchens and food service teams assess egg deliveries on arrival. Inspect pallets and cleanliness, record batch and laying dates, and rate breakage. Verify inner quality by measuring Haugh units, and check for blood or meat spots and yolk dissolving.
