Quick Quality Inspection Checklist

Use this quick 10 to 15 minute quality inspection to confirm guest units are clean, stocked, and ready. Start at the entryway and verify access items. Walk through the unit to check that floors are free of debris, blinds are aligned and open, and there are no odors. Inspect kitchen and bathroom areas, opening drawers and cabinets for cleanliness and signs of previous use. Confirm the washer and dryer are empty. Ensure each bed is neat and tidy and capture photos for documentation. If a correction takes 5 minutes or less, address it and flag it at the end of the checklist. If it will take longer or housekeeping has left and a guest is due to check in, escalate to the portfolio team with photos for action.

Use this 5S audit form to evaluate back table areas for lean workplace standards. Review exit routes and access to safety items including fire extinguishers eyewash and spill kits.
