This QSC and D review checklist helps hospitality and food service teams audit quality, service, cleanliness and development across service areas. It covers entrances and car parks, coach parking, outdoor seating, amenity buildings, food courts and seating, toilets and showers, baby changing, team rooms, back of house and offices. Brand modules include Starbucks, Burger King, Waitrose, WHS and forecourt operations with checks for food safety, equipment, temperatures, cleaning, PPE, upselling and speed of service. It also includes safety reviews, fire equipment, first aid and risk assessments, plus development reviews for training, recruitment and brand compliance.
