Monthly Store Review - Marks Group Subway V3

This monthly store review checklist is designed for Marks Group Subway locations to standardize audits across customer areas and back-of-house. Inspect exterior cleanliness, signage, lighting, drink fridges and machines, toilets, and dining areas. Evaluate register readiness, cookie cabinet presentation, sandwich unit integrity, product temperatures and dates, and sauce bottle hygiene. Verify baking center standards, oven and proofer cleaning, and equipment condition across the back bench. Confirm hand wash facilities, prep area sanitation, freezer and cool room order, stock rotation, and storage practices. Check product quality weights for proteins, storeroom safety, paperwork and controls, customer service behaviors, uniforms, OH&S, chemical and fire safety, and first aid. Capture notes, photos, and signatures to complete the audit.
