This restaurant month end checklist helps managers close the period thoroughly and consistently. Tasks cover food safety verification and meetings, safety inspections and training, monthly maintenance, supplier deliveries, labor and salary reviews, sales and P&L projections, stocktake and gas bill reconciliation, accounting summaries and variance checks, register controls, incident and hazard reporting, and team recognition. It also includes administrative closeout such as printing required reports, saving EOPS MTD and YTD, opening the new month, and ensuring orientations and post-course work are complete.
