JITB - W3 System & Test Events - Observation Checklist
by Rebeca Mancillas, from the Community
This JITB W3 System and Test Events Observation Checklist helps restaurants evaluate drive-thru and counter service against QSR standards. It covers guest greeting, order taking, order accuracy, payment and receipt handling, bag communication, and farewells. Product checks include fries, Nacho Tiny Tacos, sourdough patty melts, fish sandwiches, and shakes. Timing and speed are tracked via Order to Delivery metrics. Operations excellence items review seasoning coverage, toasting quality, holding temperatures and racks, oil condition, build-to charts, precooking, zero items and stop-and-drop, and ingredient discard at hold-time expiry. Shift management items verify PIC leadership, travel path use, current POP, team deployment, and completion of Jenius training.
