Use this General Opening Procedure to prepare hospitality venues before opening. The checklist covers reception/bar setup and games areas: switch on lighting and screens, unlock doors, clean and stock toilets, ready tills with floats, set bar lights, fridges, and display shelves, prepare coffee machine and milk, check ice and keg levels, fit beer nozzles, review perishables, set bar tools and glassware, arrange tables and menus, ensure cloths and blue roll are available, clean and stock fridges and shelves. For bowling, darts, and arcade areas: power up lanes, projectors, duck lanes, air hockey, shuffleboards, jet pong, pinball, and screens; clean booths; set correct balls and darts; verify chandeliers and lane screens; prepare pool table accessories; and confirm all equipment is operational.
