This FOH (Front of House) opening checklist helps restaurant teams prepare for service. It covers receiving and rotating product, brewing tea and on-demand coffee, turning on lights and dishwashers, setting up drive-thru equipment, making lemonade and cold brew, cutting lemon wedges, filling ice bins, stocking sauces and dressings, organizing chutes, checking soda bibs and lowboy stock, and flipping menu boards. It also includes outdoor seating setup, parking lot and trash checks, and thorough dining room and restroom cleaning. Manager tasks include counting the safe and drawers, uniform and phone checks, printing catering receipts for BOH, verifying iPads, card readers, and headsets are charging, and documenting setup details, absences, and tardies.
