This drive-thru visit checklist supports fast food and QSR teams in evaluating guest experience and speed of service across dayparts. It covers greeting within 5 seconds and re-greeting within 15 seconds, clear communication and order confirmation at the menu board, and verification of bag contents at delivery. Track SOS target times, total order-to-delivery and window times. Assess food quality including sandwich build standards, hashbrowns/fries at proper temperature, and drinks at correct temperature and flavor. Confirm exterior and parking lot cleanliness and ensure guests are treated in a friendly manner throughout the visit.
