Use this FAST Form to evaluate quick-service restaurant operations and improve speed, accuracy, quality, and staffing. The checklist covers PIC leadership, workstation planning, headset use, drive-thru backup, floor direction, cash handling, drink handoff, sense of urgency, and hourly speed tracking.
