This hotel brand standard audit checklist helps HOP INN Thailand assess compliance and guest experience across the property. It covers exterior areas and signage, parking and traffic markings, building condition, waste and utilities rooms, gas station, staff areas, and linen and chemical rooms. Front desk and lobby checks include cleanliness, signage placement, uniforms, guest greeting, and assistance. Minibar, freezer, and coffee corner setup are reviewed. Guest floors and rooms are inspected floor by floor with random checks of at least four rooms per level, including corridors, stairwells, phones, signage, lighting, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, windows, fire doors, and escape stairs. Elevators and control rooms, water tanks, and rooftop are examined. For Maesot and Surat locations, restaurant, kitchen, food presentation, and service are included. Office, main store, and staff accommodations are also verified.
