Use this assessment to evaluate drive-thru operations in quick-service restaurants. Measure line time from the third car to the order point, order end to present end time, friendliness and clarity of crew interactions, order accuracy, portioning, condiments, and beverage handling. Review food quality including temperature and taste for sandwiches, fries or hash browns, drinks, and desserts. Inspect production cleanliness, product levels, holding times, positioning, and shift leadership. Confirm cashless and contactless payment availability, proper handwashing, and alignment with core values and goals.
