It reviews delivery time under 30 minutes and app ETA variance, courier identity and hygiene, customer interaction, and packaging accuracy including seals, pick ticket visibility, and bag numbering. It verifies item completeness, condiments and utensils, and assesses food quality for sandwiches, fries or hash browns, drinks, and desserts. Behind the counter checks cover product levels and labeling, secondary shelf lives, holding times, fry station setup, drink staging, order assembly and verification, and overall cleanliness. Staffing and positioning, adherence to brand values, availability of cashless drive thru, proper handwashing, and manager awareness of priorities and goals are also evaluated.
