This Delivery CFV checklist helps restaurants evaluate delivery execution from end to end. It covers order accuracy, correct packaging and sealing, pick ticket visibility, complete food, drinks, desserts, and condiments with proper portioning. Quality checks include sandwich and entree presentation and temperature, fries or hashbrowns heat and seasoning, beverages and desserts served neat and fresh. Back-of-house items assess tempering and prep levels against production charts, correct labeling and secondary shelf lives, UHC holding times, fry station setup and adherence, beverage staging, and correct order assembly. It also reviews production and service area cleanliness, people positioning, shift leadership travel paths, identification of danger zones, and operational focus on priorities, goals, and progress.
