CUPP Monthly Store Inspection Checklist

A comprehensive monthly inspection checklist for CUPP stores used by Area Managers. Assess first impressions outside and in the customer area, merchandising, indoor menu and pricing, and staff presentation. Verify product knowledge and allergen awareness. Review back-of-house operations including till and packing, bubble tea ingredients and availability, tea quality, equipment cleanliness, and drink-making stations. Inspect sugar and coffee areas, kitchen and cooking processes, tapioca preparation and quality, and overall cleanliness. Check storage organization, fridge/freezer temperatures, defrosting procedures, records, and maintenance issues to ensure consistent quality, safety, and brand standards across sites.
