Connecticut COVID-19 Indoor Recreation Checklist

This checklist outlines Connecticut’s sector rules for reopening indoor recreation venues during COVID-19. It covers capacity limits, staff training, PPE, and customer mask requirements; cleaning and disinfection plans; ventilation improvements; signage and social distancing markers; partitions where distancing is not possible; closure of waiting areas; rules for self-service beverage stations; contactless ticketing and payments; group management and reservations; equipment assignment and cleaning between uses; employee logs for contact tracing; staggered shifts; and DECD self-certification to display a Reopen CT badge. It is intended as a minimum baseline to protect employees and customers, with guidance to add measures based on facility needs.
