This cleaning audit checklist is designed for cafes and drive-thru operations to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards. It covers exterior areas such as outdoor furniture, windows, lights, and gardens; customer areas including tables, chairs, floors, displays, counters, and fixtures; and front-of-house operations like menu panels, fridges and seals, POS, coffee machines, grinders, ice machine, cup dispensers, and hand wash stations. Back-of-house checks include wash-up and mop sinks, sanitizer stations, walls, floors, storage racking, fridge and freezer doors, and cleaning tools such as brushes, dustpans, mop heads, ladders, and milk trolleys.
