Optimiza la apertura diaria de tu restaurante con este checklist práctico y completo. Verifica la fachada, baños y mesas; asegura el salón y la terraza montados y alineados; revisa jardineras, cava de vinos y estenes de servicio. Incluye tasting de cocina y barra, uniformes y equipos del personal, limpieza de podio, piso, sillas, cristales y línea de runners. Comprueba que la cava, cuchillos, vasos y copas estén limpios; terminales y portacuentas listos. Revisa extintores y señalamientos, iluminación, pantallas y audio. Confirma el montaje y display de barra, controles de Push/86/85 en cocina y barra, y suministros de baño. Mantén lockers, site y caja en orden. Registra la minuta del día, realiza briefing a las 12:45, capacitaciones programadas y examen dominical, con firmas de asistentes y responsable.
