This district manager checklist supports restaurant audits focused on Subway operations. It covers customer areas, signage, cleanliness, beverage stations, restrooms, and merchandising. The service area section reviews food safety practices, prep labeling, FIFO rotation, stock levels, fresh bread and cookies, soups, eggs and omelettes, avocados, and equipment readiness including SpeedOven, proofer, microwave, and hot holds. Temperature checks span bains, fridges, freezer, hotwell, and soup warmer. Staff standards include uniforms, greetings, throughput, upselling scripts, receipts, and survey prompts. Manager tasks verify logs, bread counts, scales, and change on hand. DM tasks address deposit reconciliation, transaction validity, unit counts, weekly inventory, paperwork, and transmission.
