This BK Brewery Audit checklist helps brewery teams evaluate end to end operations across the bar, cellar, ingredients storage, production area, and safety practices. It covers cask and keg beer availability and quality, bar presentation and glass cleanliness, cellar hygiene and labelling, gas bottle security, and line cleaning. In ingredients and storage, it checks pest control, COSHH compliance, chemical handling, hops, yeast, and spent grain management. In the brewery, it reviews equipment condition and cleanliness including tanks, mash tun, boiler, condenser, heat exchanger, hoses, pumps, and cask washer, plus FV chillers. Measuring equipment such as scales, thermometers, hydrometers, density and pH meters are verified. Health and safety requirements include PPE, eyewash, safety data sheets, risk assessments, and the HACCP plan. Final sign off includes brewer and auditor.
