Afternoon Fridge and Freezer Temperature Recording
by Wcross Manager, from the Community
This temperature recording checklist supports TFC Waltham Cross in maintaining food safety and cold-chain control. Staff record twice-daily temperatures for multiple freezers and fridges across the shop floor, stockroom, and bakery. Guidance includes acceptable ranges of -18 to -23 C for freezers and 1 to 5 C for fridges. Users document any out-of-range readings, record corrective actions, attach photos and notes, and complete a digital sign-off. The generated report can be exported as PDF, Word, Excel, or web link for compliance and audit purposes.
