This monthly Sonic Drive-In operations audit checklist supports managers in evaluating drive-in performance across key areas. Review exterior cleanliness (menus, lighting, landscaping, windows, restrooms), speed of service (kitchen production, carhop tray time, reply time, late tickets), and product quality (fryer oil standards, hot dogs, chili/gravy, bacon, bread and tortillas, drinks, ice cream, freezers and coolers).
