ACDC Sonic Drive-In Monthly Operations Audit

This monthly Sonic Drive-In operations audit checklist supports managers in evaluating drive-in performance across key areas. Review exterior cleanliness (menus, lighting, landscaping, windows, restrooms), speed of service (kitchen production, carhop tray time, reply time, late tickets), and product quality (fryer oil standards, hot dogs, chili/gravy, bacon, bread and tortillas, drinks, ice cream, freezers and coolers). Assess interior cleanliness (floors, doors, walls, fryer and grill, hot dog and dresser stations, prep areas, fountain, slush, ice cream station, sinks). Evaluate customer service touchpoints including switchboard interactions, carhop service, skating, drive-thru responsiveness, packaging, and manager visibility. Verify systems and procedures such as temperature and meat logs, deployment charts, cash controls, appearance standards, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and employee discounts to drive consistent results.
