Ohio Essential Workers COVID-19 Exposure Checklist

This Ohio Department of Health–aligned checklist helps employers support essential and critical infrastructure workers after potential COVID-19 exposure. It covers daily symptom assessments and temperature checks, sending workers home if symptoms develop, enhanced cleaning and disinfection of workspaces and common areas, reporting suspected cases to local health districts, and improving ventilation.
