Manager's 2 Monthly Audit Tool

This bi-monthly audit tool helps care home managers assess quality and compliance across the service. Verify CQC rating, food hygiene and insurance certificates, handover quality, improvement plans, and analysis of accidents and incidents including falls. Check safeguarding awareness, DoLS status, and CQC notifications. Track complaints and compliments, occupancy, and premises maintenance including hot water, flushing, fire doors, call bells, fire alarm, PEEPs, fire packs, and drills. Assess infection control, COSHH, first aid kits, catering records, staffing appraisals and induction, recruitment checks, practice observations, absence, agency profiles, and training matrix. Record meetings with residents, relatives, and staff, evaluate building standards and bedroom personalization, and log statutory servicing such as PAT, gas, electrical, boiler, legionella, LOLER, fire equipment, fire risk assessment, and kitchen canopy.
