Use this monthly wellbeing audit to review wellbeing and compliance across a care home. Verify staff numbers, sickness, return-to-work records, development plans, training matrix, supervisions, safeguarding knowledge, uniform standards, and CQC notifications. Inspect property risks and PEEPs, maintenance logs, signage, and cleanliness.
