This Lightsheet Z.1 microscope maintenance checklist supports regular, fortnightly servicing of advanced imaging systems. Tasks include restocking lens cleaning paper and KimWipes, verifying the air table is floating correctly, ensuring gas valves are closed when not in use, and cleaning objective lenses, inner stage and chamber tracks, the stage, microscope, and connected computers. It also covers computer upkeep such as checking for system updates, monitoring local drive space on acquisition and analysis PCs, restarting systems, and documenting notes, observations, and maintenance date/time.
