Horizontal Sterilizer Post Installation Quality Inspection
by Art Stephens, from the Community
This post installation quality checklist helps verify proper placement, leveling, anchoring, utilities, and automation of a horizontal sterilizer. It guides checks across Level I to III verification, including door alignment, leak inspection, DI water, compressed air, electrical connection, drain and steam connections, PRV piping, and panel fit and finish. Capture photos on load and unload sides, confirm customer cycles, run emergency stop tests, verify printer operation, record cycle counts, and note outstanding issues. Finish with comments and a sign off.
