This CS750 post installation inspection checklist guides technicians through Level I to Level III verification. Confirm unit placement and leveling, check fit and finish, and document any damage with photos. Verify chemical lines, probes, spray arms, tracks, cart guides and stops, air lines, wiring and control panels. Ensure utilities are connected correctly including electrical, hot water, drain, steam, condensate and PRV piping for electric units. Run the unit to check for leaks, proper drying and aligned displays, and conduct a final emergency stop test. Record cycle count, confirm customer cycles are added, note chemical manufacturer, capture outstanding issues, add comments and obtain sign off.
