Gebruik deze checklist om halfjaarlijks de toestand en inhoud van EHBO-koffers te controleren. Leg locatie en koffer ID vast, voeg een foto toe en beoordeel de staat van de verpakking. Controleer de verplichte inhoud zoals ontsmettingsmiddelen, pleisters, zwachtels, kompressen, tape, thermometer, handschoenen, fysiologisch water en ice pack. Loop optionele items na zoals insectenzalf, maandverbanden, tampons, zonnecreme, luizenkam, luizenshampoo, alcoholgel en ijsspray. Voor uitstapkoffers kan je medicatie registreren zoals keeltabletten, paracetamol, middelen tegen maagpijn, reisziekte, braken, diarree, spierpijn en blauwe plekken. Noteer ontbrekende of vervallen items, algemene opmerkingen en parafeer de controle.
