Deze checklist ondersteunt de periodieke controle en inspectie van harnasgordels en toebehoren voor valbeveiliging. Controleer serienummer, merk en productiedatum en beoordeel stiksels, insnijdingen, slijtage, verkleuring, gespen, haken en eventuele overschrijding van de levensduur. Verifieer aanwezigheid van een levenslijn en noteer bevindingen om te bepalen of het PBM veilig is voor gebruik. Volg altijd de aanwijzingen van de fabrikant en plan een herkeuring wanneer de inspectiedatum is verlopen. Ideaal voor werken op hoogte en VGM-conform gebruik.
