De checklist behandelt onder meer voorbereiding en toolbox, VGM plan, aanwezigheid en gebruik van PBM, orde en netheid, faciliteiten, BHV en EHBO, vluchtwegen en noodmiddelen. Controleer keuringen van materieel en hijsmiddelen, elektrische voorzieningen en verlichting, ergonomie en werkdruk, publieke veiligheid en verkeersmaatregelen, grondwerk en kabels en leidingen, werken op hoogte en besloten ruimten. Beoordeel ook milieuzorg zoals morsen en afvalscheiding. Leg aandachtspunten en acties vast en bespreek resultaten met de uitvoerder of QHSE coordinator.
