Trility Murray Bridge Water Treatment Inspection

This civil, structural, and materials inspection checklist is designed for the Trility Murray Bridge water treatment facility. It guides assessments across site access, fencing, grounds, and roads; safety showers and eyewash stations; PAC, alum, lime, caustic, chlorine, fluoride, and coagulant aid dosing; PAC contact tanks; flocculation and rapid mix units; sedimentation clarifiers and sludge suction components; filter tanks and backwash systems; UV disinfection kiosks, lamp wipers, channels, and cleaning systems; filtered water storage and pump stations; buildings including control rooms and chlorine rooms; and sludge lagoons. It also includes concrete cover surveys, carbonation depth, and chloride testing for external and internal walls, floors, and pipework, plus safe access checks, davits, valves, and general condition ratings.
