This template supports civil works reporting for EV charger installations. Capture photo evidence of site setup, confirm proximity of metal parts to chargers and feeder pillars, document CAT scan results against utility plans, and record ducting installation with depth and warning tape. Include reinstatement photos, details of feeder pillar and charger plinths, installed signage, and impact protection such as bollards or wheel stops. Provide images of the feeder pillar in situ, including any larger base, and obtain the completion signature of the civils supervisor to verify quality and compliance.
