Use this EV site survey checklist to evaluate the suitability of a site for EV charging equipment installation. Confirm optimal charger placement relative to parking, minimize vehicle impact risk, and determine whether protective barriers are required. Verify control heights and display positions, adequate clearance for doors and covers, ventilation and cooling space, and elimination of trip hazards. Record electrical details including phases, incoming supply and metering, earthing arrangement, and related photos of the proposed charger location, fuse board, cutting loop, and meter. Capture commissioning date and engineer signature to complete the survey.
