This SMEC Water Inspection and Audit Form helps inspectors and contractors verify compliance on water infrastructure works. Covering site management and OHS, it includes checks for PPE, trench excavation per MRWA-W-202, pipe laying to MRWA-W-103 with witness marks and alignment, embedment and backfill to MRWA-W-201, clearances to other services per WSA03 Table 5.2, and thrust blocks to MRWA-W-205A/B. Record water type (drinking or non-drinking), pipe material and diameter, dates of manufacture, and compliance status, and attach photos for evidence. Suitable for trafficable and non-trafficable areas.
