Document Zone of Protection, primary/secondary voltages, minimum approach distance, and LOTO steps. Include excavation checks with One-Call tickets, soil type and protection systems, plus confined space requirements. Verify PPE, FR clothing, gloves and sleeves. Assess site conditions and environmental risks, vehicle and rigging safety, and manage mid-shift scope changes.
