This Intren job brief checklist helps utility and construction crews plan and execute work safely. Capture customer and work order details, job location, weather, and work type. Identify critical tasks and hazards, hold points, and work area protection with traffic control following MUTCD. Document electrical safety including primary and secondary voltage, minimum approach distance, lockout tagout, testing and grounding, backfeed, and establishing a zone of protection. Cover excavation with One Call tickets, soil type, depth, and protective systems. Include confined space permits, atmospheric testing, retrieval systems, and ventilation. Verify PPE, FR clothing, gloves and sleeves. Assess site conditions and environmental risks, vehicle and rigging safety, and manage mid-shift scope changes. Attach weekly discussions and bulletins and confirm sign-off.
