by Matt Anson, from the Community
This field service audit checklist helps technicians perform structured inspections of industrial combustion and oil and gas equipment. Record site details, job numbers, unit IDs, start and completion times, mileage and technician information. Verify exterior components including thermocouples, thermowells, flame arrestors, pressure transmitters, pneumatic and pilot valves, and main valves. Review electrical and control systems such as PLCs, power supplies, cards, ignition relays and transformers, flame detection and HMI screens. Conduct functional checks of power and gas pressure, note working status, list invoicable parts, set job status, and capture customer signature. Ideal for maintenance of burners, flares and related process equipment.
