This Field Service Audit (3.0) checklist helps technicians inspect and document oil and gas equipment service work. Capture client and site details, job and unit IDs, start and completion times, mileage/drive time, technician and location. Verify and record critical components including thermocouples, thermowells, pressure transmitters, ignition rods, pneumatic and pilot valves, main valves, profile pilots, and ignition/fire eye cables. Check electrical systems such as 4–20 mA cards and data logging/Modbus expansion cards. Test power and gas pressure, note working status, log data, and list invoicable parts. Finalize billing details, job status, and obtain customer signatures for comprehensive service traceability.
